Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth with a splash of blood orange, over one big cube.

Ingredients

1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz sweet vermouth
1/2 oz fresh blood orange juice
1 large ice cube
1 blood orange wheel

Method

Fill a mixing glass with ice. Add the gin, Campari, vermouth and blood orange juice.
Stir for 20 to 30 seconds, until very cold.
Strain over the large ice cube in a rocks glass and tuck in the blood orange wheel.
